Team Registration
12th Annual 16″ Softball Tournament

In order to participate in the tournament all players must be registered using the form below so that they can sign the required waiver. Pick the team name and fill out the team captain’s contact information. Then for each player click on Add Player and fill out the player’s contact information. Once you have added all the players click on Register Team. Once you register the team you will be redirected to a page as seen in the screenshot.
Each player will receive a email with a link to sign the waiver if an email address was provided. The links are specific to each player for tracking purposes. Once you have submitted the form you will have the ability to send text messages to players you provide a phone number for by clicking the Send SMS Reminder link as seen in the screenshot. This will generate a text message with the unique link to sign the waiver. You can also gather signatures in person using the Sign Waiver link.
You can submit the roster multiple times but only include new players on subsequent submissions. There is no need to add the captain as a player. The captain will be emailed the link to view the progress of your team’s waiver submissions as seen in the image.
All waivers must be signed by Tuesday June 30th, 2026.
